Color Basic 1.4 is someone's custom patch job, not an official
release. The changes are:

- Version number changed to 1.4.
- Copyright year changed to 1985.
- Changed configuration code for the SAM (supports only 16K or 64K DRAM).
- Disables the "fast" keyboard test similar to CoCo 3 Basic.
- Changes number of cassette leader bytes from 128 to 256.
- When searching for a cassette file, it skips bad "Name" blocks rather
- than produce an ?IO ERROR.
- Changes the "CLR 8" instruction at $A95E to "CLRB" (a long-standing minor bug).
- Changes "STA 0,X" to "STA ,X" at $B55A.
- Replaces the MICROSOFT! easter-egg bytes with zeroes.
